Transmatter Ray Stage 1

Stage 1 of the Transmatter Ray project. A device that can absorb any material, store it and mix it with a special compound to create a unique material. The the device can recreate objects, pathways and weapons to use at the player's disposal. Stage 1 portal inspired.
